Attack Repelled

Iranian Naval forces have succeeded in rescuing an Iranian oil tanker, “Hoda”, from an attack by a group of pirates in the Strait of Bab el-Mandeb.

The pirates attacked the vessel from speedboats, and they were equipped with rocket propelled-grenade weapons according to a press release by the Iranian Navy said.
