The EU has condemned in the strongest terms the terrorist attack that targeted a Cafeteria in Djibouti Saturday evening in which 3 people were reported killed and another 15 injured.

“Our thoughts are with all the victims and their families, and we wish a full and speedy recovery to those injured, including several members of the EU missions EUCAP Nestor and EUNAVFOR Atalanta,” said EU High Representative Catherine Ashton in a statement Sunday.
