Pirates board two vessels off Indonesia

Two vessels were boarded by sea robbers in succession off Indonesia, according to a report from Singapore-headquartered anti-piracy watchdog, ReCAAP Information Sharing Centre (ReCAAP ISC).
First, a Marshall Islands-flagged bulk carrier, Capetan Giorgis, was boarded by four men while it was under way at approximately 3.8 n miles off Tanjung Sengkuang, Batam, at 01:00 h local time on 21 March.
However, the crew was unharmed and nothing onboard the 76,447 dwt vessel was reported missing.
