UK maritime forces train alongside partner navies during practice assault mission

British Royal Navy and Royal Marines personnel have trained alongside naval forces from several partner nations during deployment on-board a French warship.

Approximately 60 personnel from across the two UK maritime forces participated in exercises with their counterparts from other nations during the five-month annual French naval deployment to the Indian Ocean and Far East, including a four-part maritime exercise involving France, Japan, the UK and the US.
