Court case hope for jailed marine guards

Relatives and friends of six British security guards imprisoned by the authorities in India hope that the men could be released as early as next week.

Yvonne MacHugh, whose partner Billy Irving, from Connel, near Oban, was among a group jailed for five years, said that the intervention of Delhi’s Supreme Court in the case was the first good news for months.
