ReCAAP Releases Special Report on Incidents Targeting Tug Boats and Barges in Singapore Strait

August 22: ReCAAP Information Sharing Center has released a special report available for download on the number of incidents occurring on board tug boats towing barges in the Singapore Strait. It notes that the number of incidents is on the rise in 2019, with a total of 14 incidents reported thus far this year, nine of which involved loss of scrap metal from barges while underway.
