57kg Cocaine Seized at Jarry Port, Guadeloupe in December
December 23 2019: Recent reports reveal that the Baie-Maheault external surveillance brigade at Jarry port in Guadeloupe has seized 45 packages of cocaine weighing a total of 57kg. The cocaine was found amongst a shipment of bananas in a container coming from Pointe-à- Pitre and destined for Dunkirk, France. The narcotics shipment is being further investigated, which also resulted in the seizure being kept secret temporarily.
