5th Chemical & Product Tanker Conference

IPTA and Navigate Events are delighted to announce that the 5th Chemical & Product Tanker conference takes place 12-13 March 2013 in London at the Grange City Hotel. This event has grown to become the world’s most important gathering of chemical and product tanker owners.

We have put together a selection of top level speakers who will examine the most important commercial and operational issues currently facing the sector.

This year’s speakers will include ABS Europe’s recently appointed president & COO Dr Kirsi Tikka ; Essberger Tankers’ highly regarded chief executive Hugo Finlay and ExxonMobil’s European regulatory & environmental manager Eddy van Bouwel. The two days will once again be chaired by the inimitable Ian Finley – the Cook Islands’ IMO representative.

Topics on the agenda will include fleet outlook, chemical, vegoil and biodiesel trades, vetting, ship finance, monitoring greenhouse gas emissions, piracy, ballast water systems and ECDIS.
